Daily Physical Activity

We are fully committed to the well being of children. We believe that by promoting Daily Physical Activity (DPA) in school, we will be supporting children to maintain active lifestyles well into adulthood. This also supports the physical activity guidelines of children taking part in at least 60 minutes of physical education a day.

Every day each class will take part in 10 minutes of DPA. Examples of what we offer are:

  • The Golden Mile
  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness Minutes
  • Fitness Centre
  • Dancing
