Shirley Infant School operates an online paying service (My Child at School) for educational visits. Please use the direct link below to this system.
Every child has a unique ID code for parents/carers wishing to pay online using this service. We encourage the use of this service as it allows parents/carers to monitor any payments made to the school.
The school office team will be able to provide you with your child's unique ID code should you wish to use this service.

Year R are visited by a Farm in school during Spring Term.

Hawthorns Centre on Southampton Common
During Summer term Year R walk to Southampton Common for a Teddy Bear's Picnic.

YEAR 1
Paultons Park
Year 1 will be visiting Paultons Park. This experience helps us to launch our half-term’s topic called ‘Animals’, which looks at classifying the animals to their properties eg, carnivore, omnivore, mammal, fish etc.

During Spring term children in Year 1 visit Manor Farm.

Seacity Museum
Our first trip this year is to the Sea City Museum. The trip helps to launch our Autumn 2 topic 'Titanic'.

Winchester Theatre
Year 2's second trip of the year is to the Winchester Theatre just before the Christmas break to see a performance.

The final trip at Shirley Infant School for the Year 2 children will be to Marwell Zoo in the summer term.
