Published 13/06/23We are working with all the schools across the west side of Southampton to support transition from your early years settings into Year R. As a cluster of early years providers we have worked together and agreed on set rhymes and stories we will all sing and read to support your child's transition to a new setting. Have a go at singing along with your little ones and Mrs Clark. We will also be sign these at our induction activities.
